Air Conditioning or Heating Grille Covers

     Our wood grilles can be cut to any size and any shape that you need. They can be used to decorate air conditioning ducts or even Return Air Filters. Grille borders can be any width. The grilles can be cut with or without screw holes. The standard size grilles shown below have 1" borders with screw holes. Our grilles are laser cut from 1/4" thick Baltic birch hardwood ply with oak, maple, or cherry furniture grade face veneer. If you are going to paint your grilles, maple veneer is the best choice. We ship the grilles to you sanded, ready to paint or stain. Screws are included. Custom patterns and designs are available. We also offer air louvers to adjust the flow of air from the grille.

     So simple to use. Adjusting the air flow from your air condintioner or heating duct is done with just a turn of your screwdriver. It is as simple as your generic item, but with far more beauty.

For Grills:
1) Measure the wall opening (w" x h")
2) Match the wall opening size to the correct part number on the Grille Prices page.
....example: 10" wide x 6" high = part no. 1006

For Louvers:
1) Measure the wall opening (W" x H")
2) Match the wall opening size to the correct part number on the Louver Prices page.
....example: 10" wide x 6" high = part no. LVR-1006
