Return Air Filter Grille Assembly

Step #1: Replace your unsightly metal filter grilles with our custom built wood filter grille assembly. They are available in 26 grille patterns with oak, maple, or cherry face veneer.

Step #2: Remove your metal filter grille. Measure the wall opening.

Step #3: We cut and build a wood filter grille assembly to fit your opening. It is shipped to you sanded, ready to paint or stain. We include a filter, or you can use your own.

Step #4: Paint or stain and install the filter frame in to the wall opening.

Step #5: Filter frame installation close up.

Step #6: Install the filter.

Step #7: Attach the grille cover with the included brass thumb screws.
